Our pizza is made from the prized Grano Senatore Cappelli, grown and processed just a few kilometres from us, in the picturesque village of Tuili, at the foot of the Giara. Thanks to this excellent flour, we achieve a light, digestible dough with an authentic taste, capable of enhancing every ingredient. The choice of fresh and genuine ingredients is what makes our cuisine unique: every bite offers a bold and natural flavour, appreciated by all our guests.
